Chelsea boots...

As I am trying to write this blog, my dad is busy singing the house down. ever since he got that karaoke machine t seems like my house has turned into a one man karaoke night bar, 24/7. Poor sister of mine, she's only a baby and his singing of you raise me up in a what I believe is a confused robot who believe he's yoda? is making her howl, literally,....
anyways, so last week, i was getting ready for college, already going to be 10mins late, the doorbell rang, i opened the door and there stood the post man, who has seen me semi-naked before, he always comes at the wrong time, i bet he loves my house, anyways, he was carrying a big ASOS box and from then on i was jumping for joy and shrieking, he did give me funny looks, i slammed the door in his face, by accident of course, i was too excited, ran to my brothers room, woke him up by screaming ARE THESE MY CHELSEA BOOOOOTS! no reply, so i opened the box anyways, and there they were, beautiful things starting back at me, so pretty and perfect. That was the first time i shouted out I LOVE YOOOU to my brother in a loong time and sent 'Ellie' a loong i love you message (they split the price. and here are the lovely things :')

i was 30mins late to college that day, it was worth it :') but I should of asked for the burgundy or brown ones now I think about it ahaha
(this was yesterdays Blog, seems like i failed my challenge, i knew it I'd forget Wednesdays, mainly because, I'm really busy on Wednesdays...kinda haha

Lush...

HEY'YALL!
So, I got these two lush products for a Christmas (belated) and thought hmmm, lets make a review on them. Now i am a big fan of LUSH, when i go past the store i have to go up and down the path passing it just to smell the place....the smell of the shop is jizzaful. Last time, when i say last time i mean October 2011, my friend Shannon and i popped into lush as i had to get a birthday pressie for me madre, and the sales guy 'Tom' ooh i still remember, stopped me and asked if i wanted to try out the face masks, so as a good Samaritan i said hells yeah, whilst he was massaging a bit of the face mask on my hand, he told us a story about how he once opened the door to the post man in a white towel wearing a facemask which just made the postman stare at him bizzarly, bless him, and when he washed off the facemask, my hand felt so smooth and soft to touch, it was incredible, so i discreetly hinted to Shannon, and when i say discretely i mean..."MY BIRTHDAY IS IN A MONTH, YOU'RE BUYING THAT". But she got it for me for Xmas instead, however she got the SEAWEED one.

Hand Demonstration that failed as my camera sucks!

She also got me the Sweetie-Pie Wobbly Jelly : Cherry, Coconut and Cassis, which i yet to try.

So the Seaweed face mask: Not gonna lie, i didn't really like the smell or the look of it, it looked quite scary to me, but the finished results of it were incredible, but i much prefer the Blueberry or chocolate ones from LUSH as they smell better and the results are still incredible.

That's it for me, I shall blog again tomorrow,

Sooo Ladylike...

How Do You Doodey...
I really don't deserve to be branded as a 'woman', the kitchen is the last place anyone wants me to go in, even my aunt doesn't allow me to make her kids food when I'm babysitting them, why? because there's a 96% chance I'll burn the kitchen down, okay that's a bit dramatic, lets just say there's a high chance that whatever I make will look good enough to eat, but the taste will be TERRIFYING!
For Example, today, myself and the lovely Louise decided to make THESE:  COOOOKIES!
So, we bought Jelly Tot Cookie mix. As we bought a ready made mix, we were sure we wouldn't mess it up...WRONG! i blame the butter and the IKEA scale, being so bloody hard to read, don't they understand that some people are mentally challenged!! so we had to add 25g of softened butter- i knew what that meant now hehe, but we didn't know how to work the scale so we just blobbed what we thought was 25g on the scale and after my dad showed us how it works, we learnt that we used about 200g of butter...ooops, which made the cookie mix all sticky, so we thought we could fix it by adding more flour, but there was only a bit of flour left, already we knew this would fail. so we strugged making little balls as the dough was just sticky, but we thought once it's cooked it shall be fine, so we popped them into the attractive oven, only to realise we forgot to add the chocolate chips... so 12mins later, alarm rang, they didn't look ready so we left them in a bit more, got a tad distracted then BAM the smell of burntness arose....yup..but only the back ones were burnt...so we tried one, spat it out in horror and thought maybe if we decorate them it would taste better. it didn't. Well that was a fail, which follows the story of us attempting to make a MOCCA....
Yeah that might look like a thing of beauty, but it had a decieving taste....BLAUGHH! worst drink ever made. So, so far in life we know that our drinks and deserts shall be a punishment to our future familys. However, not our pasta. 2 weeks ago, we made pasta and sauce, from scratch, yess thats right, we didn't use any Ragu sauce. we also cooked the mince beef, which scared me a little. but the results of the pasta and sauce was AMAZING!
Sexy Pasta nom nom nom <3
A photo of Louise modelling out the snazzy pasta. this and the pasta i cooked my boyfriend is probably the best thing i've ever cooked...I can only make pasta, i fail at everything else, apart from cupcakes and cereals oooh and eggs now, i can make eggs and omlettes, but first and last omlette i ever made myself made me feel ill....i'll just leave my mum and Chris to make me omlettes now, they make nice ones that doesnt leave me on the verge of death :')

So yess, this is me, procrastinating doing the final 1,500 words to my photography essay, snazzy. OOTD will hopefully be up tomorrow when i get an new SD card as mine is RUINED! so i have to live with my 5mega pixles from my phooone. hehe

Ombre me Gentle...

Hello my beauties...
LOVE ombred hair. ombred hair just livens up someone's head, it makes the hair look fun and attractive, loving it!!
I have really been inspired by this look since last summer, thanks to the gorgeous Alexa Chung and Zoella (a bloggers) I love the contrast between dark brown then BAM the blondness steals the limelight *bitch* i have considered to bob up my hair; love love love Keira Knightley's waved bob, however, my hair is naturally curly and I will never consider cutting my hair very short ever again (it takes ages to grow, thanks dad -_- ....) and dash a bit of golden blonde on my sexy (damaged) tips, hello badboys ;)
Was going for a shower this morning (i consider 4pm morning) and casually found blonde hair dye in the cupboard, twas so random which gave me the urge to just dye the bloody ends TODAY, but i didn't. i need my hair to grow a bit more first, cut all the damagedness off then, I can go on my ombred mission, and by summer time i shall be part blonde again, like my hair when i was a baby. i think ombred hair looks incredible during the summer sun, well if you go on holiday that is, there's no such thing as summer in England, unless you consider rain as sun...lavely.
and here is Kubra modelling out her snazzy ombred look. I think i've fallen in love with hair a little too much now. it's worse than my love for Louis Tomlinson.
well, i am planning to go and catch up on Take me out now, NO LIKEY NO LIGHTY! hehe
I shall blog away sooon,
                                NIGHTY NIGHT Lovelys xoxoxo

Excuses, Uggs and a wink...

Whoops... So much for blogging more frequently, well done Suhayla!
well this week has been quite hectic and busy (LIE) i couldn't find my camera (EXCUSE) had a lot of coursework to do (LIES) haha yeah....okay, maybe i wasn't that busy to blog, i had a lot of chances to blog about something but i was being lazy, good old laziness <3
anyhow, so today i had an interview for UCA (University of the Creative Arts) in SURREY, and as the lovely Kubra and I got back to London Victoria, we saw the most hideous things (well what we believe is hideous, everyone is entitled to their own opinions) silver sequined UGG boots. For those who have/love silver sequined UGG boots...we love them really *nervous laugh*. i'm not really discriminating on UGG boots, i'm just being racists toward these sequined ones. i mean come on, seriously? i think sequined ugg's should only belong on children below the age of 9, they look cute, but on a grown adult...really? we tried to take a photo of the girl, but that she walked so bloody fast, she was racing through the crowd as we tried to race after her, barging through people holding up my phone to 'slyly' take a photo of this random, innocent victims feet, yeahh, i guess we did look quite stalkerish and weird but hey, we were two girls on a mission, a mission to, erm, i don't know where i'm going with this.

<--- annoys me that you can't really see them properly, but look at them, they're sparkling like Edward Cullen's face once they hit the glorious beams of sunlight, scary, i know. As the photo i took with my AMAZING photography was bad, here's a photo i found on the good old google. ---->

this is just my opinion on them so don't light up your torches and somehow track me down and attempt to kill me with a wooden spoon. everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
Ohh and we were sitting on the train minding our own business when this lady sitting across us was on the phone screaming out her whole life story, apparently a girl named Kate is a b***...oooh and there was this man sitting next to me who just started giggling to himself, made my day as he reminds me of myself when i'm on public transport :')
i shall bid you a farewell with this photo of myself, i look so sleezy and like a true pervert...so it kinda fits in with the topic.
A special wink, just for you, YES YOU.
LATERSSS BABYCAKES <3 xoxo

....ahhh this blog is a tad rubbish, i'm just rambling. so i should go and i will definately have a fashion blog post tomorrow and either sunday or monday :) oh and check out Kubra's Blog http://kubraaltun.blogspot.com/ :) x

So i was 20mins late to college this morning, all because of a chicken family crossing the road...and no i'm not making that up, that was the actual reason. all they were doing was flopping about the road, entertained me though, not gonna lie.
anyhow to thee all mighty outfit of the day, i couldn't get anyone to take a good photo, so the angles etc etc makes me look a tad unflattering, oh and i forgot my camera at my dads, so i had to use my phone camera, sorry for the bad quality...hope you like.

Thee Best of 2011....

Helloo!
Today's blog is aboot the good olde entertainment of 2011 (that I enjoyed) from my favourite boooooks, if you're a nerd like me, iloveyoou, to good old films. twas quite hard to pick favourites but hey ho!
lets begin with the Films :)
At first, thinking about the films i watched this year, my retarded excuse of a brain couldn't think up of any which left me thinking "bloody hell, 2011 was shit, there was barely any films" so i had to scavenge my way through the internet searching 'all films of 2011' from then on (from seeing Hangover 2 come up) i remembered hehe - So let me begin my entertainment, erm thing....
I found it a tad hard to narrow down the films as there were just so many I had pleasure whilst watching haha, sounded a  bit sexual there
Lets Start with...
Crazy Stupid Love - This is actually my film of the year! definitely. very funny and unexpected, thought it was gonna be shit at first, not gonna lie.
Tin Tin - Bloody loved the film, however one thing that annoyed me was that it was in 3D and people in the cinema always give me glasses that never fit my peanut head, cheers. so throughout the film I was fighting with the glasses, as you do.
Hangover 2 - FUNNAY! love the monkey (i really do love monkeys)
Harry Pots - Kinda sad that it's all over and volddy is dead, best part was when he laughed, i just found that so amusing.
Your Highness - Comical Genius. set in the medieval days but it has a modernness twang in it.
Friends with Benefits - So much better than no strings attached, however one thing that gave me a twitch was that it's sooo bloody predictable.
Bridesmaids - UTTERLY BRILLIANT! nothing more but brilliance.
Change Up - A lot of people dislike thins film, but i don't understand why. yes it's like freaky friday and all those other ones and it's slightly predictable (most films are the same nowadays anyways) in my opinion i think this is amazing, so BLAHH!
I Don't Know How She Does It - I didn't think this film was that amazing, it just made me happy and want kids, well for a bit, now i'm back to my usual self.
Just Go with it - i love Adam Sandler. again the film was a tad predictable, but i enjoyed it nevertheless.
The Inbetweeners - Loved the show, loved the film, i just love the rude nature of inbetweeners, so snazzy <3
One Day - Just really Cute and depressing.
Limitless - I had to watch this film twice to figure out what the hell was going out, i got it the second time though hehe. as a media student, i notice all the camera things and bloody hell, the way the whole film was shot was just overwhelming. good film.
Monte Carlo - Again not a lot of people liked this film, but i do love a bit of Selena Gomez, went through my teenhhood watching Wizards of Waverly place. Loved this fillm.
Now to some MOOOSIC. now this was really hard to narrow down and my laziness wasn't bothered to do another collage like the films. these are just the few albums i really liked from this year, they all gave me ear-gasms and such, lovelyness.

Hmmmmm, my best album of the year shall be HOCKEY!
Now if you love the good old orgasmic sounds of Indie, you will love this band, Check them ooout. their album 'Mind Chaos' is just incredibubbles, i actually loved all the songs in there, which suprised me as most albums i listen to, i tend to dislike some of the track. ahhh HOCKEY, best song of the album : 'Too Fake'.
Next come You me at Six with 'Sinners never Sleep'. now i  always hated this band, mainly because i thought their music was absolute shit. however, they really suprised me this year. i was in denial at first after liking their first single from the album 'loverboy' then i listened to more songs from the album which left me in complete shock, twas amazing. Best song on the album for me is 'Crash', this was also the song i used for my media music video, this has actually got to be my song of the year.
Then we have Viva Brother with 'Famous first Words'. I just love them. THIS IS GOOD MUSIC, is wha ti said when i heard my favourite song from the album 'High street low lives'. amazingness
Now we shall have a bit of Jessie J with 'Who you are'. I adore this woman. she actually has pure talent, yes there's adele too, but not gonna lie (my friend slapped me for saying this) i'm not really a big fan of Adele's music, they're all the same to me, and slow, her voice is incredible though, i'll gove her that. anyways back to Jessie, my favourite song of the album is 'Domino' (from the platinum edition) or 'Mama Knows best'.
Hot Chelle Rae with 'Whatever' lovelovelovelovelovelovelove them, NOM <3 best song 'I like it like that'.
Ed Sheeeeran - ahh gingery goodness, he went all mainstream and strived to fame last year with that song, with the name i can't remember...erm. (googling, and i call myself a fan...fail) 'A Team' on the + album. his voice is just so soulful and amazing, you forget he's ginger. hahaha i joke, i love the ginges really. Best song on the album that i was singing (really loud and badely) in the car tonight, 'LEGO HOUSE' and 'little bird'. that song makes me happy.
Florence comes next. AMAZING ALBUM. as usual, Florence and the Machiene brings out amazing, listenable music that are very jizzable. 'Ceremonials' is such an incredible album, beats Lungs. 'Shake it Out' is my favourite song from the album, SNAZZZZYNESS! it just makes me jiggle on my seat...literally. bop bop bop.
How can you not love a bit of Olly Murs. he's a cheeky chappy that i have loved ever since X Factor, hehe 'Dance with me Tonight' from the gooden album 'In Case You Didn't Know' works for me, just sayin ;)
And finally we have the all time greatness musicness from The Kooks with 'Junk of the Heart'. I have always loved this band, their songs just makes me smile and happy. My favourite song from their album issss (this was a tad hard to decide so i wrote my top 4 hehe) 'Junk of The Heart' I WANNA MAKE YOU HAPPPY, I WANNA MAKE YOU FEEL ALIVEEE...oh you dooooo! 'Is it me' theeeen comes, 'Killing Me' annnnnnd 'Eskimo Kiss' ahhh sexy music. Lets see what 2012 will bring, please no more Rebecca Black's, Cher Llyods (don't know who wants to jag her swagger, see what i did there hehe) and Justin Biebers. Thank you. :)
Now finally we have entered the BOOOOOK CONER! i am a book worm and this year i have read quite a lot of books, some were totally shit, which has taught me never to judge a book by it's pretty sparrkly cover and some were just FANTASTIC! however i have narrowed down my book faves to the Top three which i shall write about, mainly because, i have written more in this blog in a few hours, than i have when it comes to essays, and my fingers are hurting and theres is alot to write about all the books i took snazzy photo's of below so that would extend this blog to just utter longness... Excuses i know :')

Right these are my top books of this year ^, there's more, but they were at my mums but anyhow. My top three books of 2011 are, wait {beep} it  ima change it to four:
The Wedding Planner by Melanie La'Brooy. This book was incredible. bloody marvellous. (it's not like the film 'the wedding planner' btw, it's a completely different story from a different author) this book gave me a lot of giggles during the summer. it was one of the books i just didn't want to put down this year. it's based in Australia and took the piss out of celebrity weddings and soap stars hehe.  i have found the blur of the book so you guys can see if you're interested. but for me this is the book of the year, totally recommend it <3
"The big day is fast approaching, but so is a big disaster...Sabrina Falks is the golden girl - a star actress engaged to the too-good-to-be-true Edward. Her younger sister Mimi is funny and bright but hopelessly lost, with no career prospects, no money, no love life and a string of disastrous mistakes in her past. When Sabrina asks Mimi to be her bridesmaid, Mimi soon learns that 'bridesmaid' actually means 'unofficial wedding planner - servant, slave and general dogsbody'. And, to her horror, she knows that it's going to take more than just patience to whip up the wedding of the century, especially when the official wedding planner has a murky secret that could rock Sabrina and Edward's world..."
A tiny bit Marvellous by Dawn French. Now this book was marevellous, i loved the characters, it was really funny. people on public transport and college also thought i was a freak, sitting there travelling, or on my break in the liberary laughing on my ones, whilst reading a book. I love Dawn Freanch, an incredible writer. HERE IS THE BLUR. again i recommend this book if you love the good olde comedy.
"Everyone hates the perfect family. So you'll love the Battles.Meet Mo Battle, about to turn 50 and mum to two hormonal teenagers. There's 17-year-old daughter Dora who blames Mo for, like, EVERYTHING and Peter who believes he's quite simply as marvellous as his hero Oscar Wilde. Somewhere, keeping quiet, Is Dad, who's just, well . . . Dad.However, Mo is having a crisis. She's about to do something unusually wild and selfish, which will leave the entire family teetering on the edge of a precipice. Will the family fall? Or will they, when it really matters, be there for each other?'Funny, really enjoyable, highly recommended. A wonderful writer witty, wise, poignant'Wendy Holden'A fantastic slam-dunk page-turner. Funny, enriching . . . page after page I laughed out loud'Mail on Sunday'Beautifully observed. Makes you laugh on every page'The Times'A brilliantly observed, very funny novel of family life'Woman & Home"
From Notting hill with Love Actually by Ali McNamara was sooo romantic, it actually made me shout with excitement and laugh of looud, i was actually really excited whilst reading this book telling my aunt what happens like it's real life haha. read this whilst i was in Paris in the Summer (got me through the looong journeys) i actually couldn't put it down. it's so easy to read so you get through it quickly, i have planned to read it again though, LOVE IT! this book actually made me want to have a boyfriend in them single summer days of 2011 *tear tear* then i got back to reality, loved the summer. it also made me come up with my ideal date, which apparently i've been told sounds like a bloody honeymoon hahaha. anyhow here's the blurrrrrrrrr, you should defo read this.
"She was just a girl, standing in front of a boy . . . wishing he looked more like Hugh Grant.Scarlett loves the movies. But does she love sensible fiancé David just as much? With a big white wedding on the horizon, Scarlett really should have decided by now . . . When she has the chance to house-sit in Notting Hill ? the setting of one of her favourite movies ? Scarlett jumps at the chance. But living life like a movie is trickier than it seems, especially when her new neighbour Sean is so irritating. And so irritatingly handsome, too.Scarlett soon finds herself starring in a romantic comedy of her very own: but who will end up as the leading man?"
And finally i couldn't choose between Danielle Steel's Big Girl or Sophie Kinsella's 'mini Shopaholic' but i have come to a desicion and BIG GIRL WINS WOOOOO!
Big Girl by Danielle Steel, is such an amazing book. i have never read a book by Danielle Steel that's ever disapointed me before. this is a really really good book. i bought this whilst on the Ferry coming back from France, lasted me the journey and the long drive home DEFO RECOMMENDATIONS! here's the blurr, it's a tad long haha.
"In this heartfelt and incisive new novel, Danielle Steel celebrates the virtues of unconventional beauty while exploring deeply resonant issues of weight, self-image, sisterhood, and family.
A chubby little girl with blond hair, blue eyes, and ordinary looks, Victoria Dawson has always felt out of place in her family, especially in body-conscious L.A. Her father, Jim, is tall and slender, and her mother, Christina, is a fine-boned, dark-haired beauty. Both are self-centered, outspoken, and disappointed by their daughter’s looks. When Victoria is six, she sees a photograph of Queen Victoria, and her father has always said she looks just like her. After the birth of Victoria’s perfect younger sister, Gracie, her father liked to refer to his firstborn as “our tester cake.” With Gracie, everyone agreed that Jim and Christina got it right.
While her parents and sister can eat anything and not gain an ounce, Victoria must watch everything she eats, as well as endure her father’s belittling comments about her body and see her academic achievements go unacknowledged. Ice cream and oversized helpings of all the wrong foods give her comfort, but only briefly. The one thing she knows is that she has to get away from home, and after college in Chicago, she moves to New York City.
Landing her dream job as a high school teacher, Victoria loves working with her students and wages war on her weight at the gym. Despite tension with her parents, Victoria remains close to her sister. And though they couldn’t be more different in looks, they love each other unconditionally. But regardless of her accomplishments, Victoria’s parents know just what to say to bring her down. She will always be her father’s “big girl,” and her mother’s constant disapproval is equally unkind.
When Grace announces her engagement to a man who is an exact replica of their narcissistic father, Victoria worries about her sister’s future happiness, and with no man of her own, she feels like a failure once again. As the wedding draws near, a chance encounter, an act of stunning betrayal, and a family confrontation lead to a turning point.
Behind Victoria is a lifetime of hurt and neglect she has tried to forget, and even ice cream can no longer dull the pain. Ahead is a challenge and a risk: to accept herself as she is, celebrate it, and claim the victories she has fought so hard for and deserves. Big girl or not, she is terrific and discovers that herself."

AHHHH BOOOOKS! <3
Ahhhhh that was a long blog, i'm actually really proud of myself for this, hope you enjoyed this blog :) i got really excited whilst writing it, mainly because i get excited quite easily hehe. i miss 2011, that was actually a really good year. 2012 is looking up though, last year of college (FINALLY)
